I pray for clarity to have a vision of what I need. I use my body senses as signs and signals to guide more towards tools and teachers. I pray again for clarity. I ask higher power to guide me towards what’s best. Then, when I meet someone that has the capabilities I am seeking, I loved for evidence that they live out their own principals and teachings in their affairs (as best they can and as best as I can witness). I then check in with my body to see if my mind and body is calm and serene when engaging with them (safety).
